History
Since 2001, Our history began with an Italian restaurant in Japan.
And, utilizing the experience of Italian cuisine, we entered the ramen industry in 2017, and it was published in many media by the rumor, and is now famous as one of the most popular ramen restaurants in Japan.
Today Ramen Hayabusa continues to combine tradition and innovation, thanks to the enthusiasm Chef Toshio Yamauchi and his team.
Popular Ramen
There are two popular items in ramen. One is a very popular ramen made by boiling lobster for a long time into a whipped soup.
And the other ramen is the ramen by triple soup which simmered in Tonkotsu, chicken, and seafood.
Hayabusa is a ramen restaurant where women and men can enjoy the pleasure of choosing ramen.
